On August 8, 2023, the deadliest U.S. wildfire in over a century destroyed Lahaina, Maui. Thousands were displaced overnight. Fading West was called in — and delivered.

Our factory-built process produced homes at a speed and consistency that traditional construction simply cannot match, delivering each unit fully code-compliant and move-in ready.

  • Month 1 — Site Assessment & Mobilization
    Land assessment, permitting coordination, site prep initiated. Factory production started simultaneously.
  • Month 2–3 — Production & Delivery
    Homes produced in as little as 5 days each. Transported and installed on-site. Utility connections underway.
